Secure Space is a privacy-first attachment and emotional sensitivity journal app that provides:

• Personal journaling and reflection tools
• Attachment style and emotional sensitivity assessments
• Progress tracking through Secure Scores
• Educational content about attachment patterns
• First-Aid intervention cards
• Communication templates
• Weekly insight reports

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

You should:

• Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions about your mental health
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App
• Contact emergency services if you are experiencing a mental health crisis
• Inform your therapist or healthcare provider if you are using this App as a complementary tool

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Secure Space. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 17 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Secure Space, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information during assessments
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Not share your access credentials (if applicable) with others
• Take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your device

Your privacy is our top priority. Key points:

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• Optional iCloud sync is encrypted end-to-end by Apple
• We do not collect, access, or analyze your personal content
• You retain full ownership of your data
• You can export or delete your data at any time

You retain all rights to:

• Your journal entries and personal content
• Your assessment results and reports
• Any content you create within the App

8. Subscription and Payments

If we offer paid subscriptions in the future:

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

App Provided "As Is"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Space shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or use
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information provided in the App

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases. All data stored locally on your device will remain accessible to you.

• Remove features that aren't working well

Major changes will be communicated through App Store update notes.

• Do not control or endorse third-party content
• Are not responsible for third-party privacy practices
• Provide links for educational purposes only
• Recommend reviewing third-party terms and policies

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Secure Space harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
