1. About Secure Space

Secure Space is an on-device emotional regulation and communication tool for attachment work. It includes journaling-style Resets, Practice, People (a private place for the people in your life), daily Reframes, grounding anchors, Secure Path, Insights and Growth Signals, an animated companion mascot (“Bloom”), a learning library, and Secure Send — a tool that analyzes draft messages (and, optionally, a conversation screenshot) before you send them, offering optional polished rewrites. By default, everything happens on your device. On iOS 27, some features can optionally use Apple's Private Cloud Compute if you say yes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Secure Space. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 17, do not use this app.

4. Your Account and Data

Secure Space does not require an account. All journal entries, assessments, reframes, and behavioral data are stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. We do not have access to your data. The only exception is if you choose to use Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which sends a request from your device to Apple, never to us.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. You may also delete all assessment and profile data at any time via Settings → Data → Reset All Data.

6. AI-Assisted Features and Apple Services

Some features use AI to suggest reframes, message rewrites, and conversation reviews — on your device, or, if you choose, through Apple's Private Cloud Compute. AI can get things wrong or miss your situation. Treat what you see as a suggestion, not advice, and read anything over before you use or send it. What you write and send is always up to you.

Apple Intelligence, Private Cloud Compute, and Siri are Apple services. They need a supported iPhone, the right iOS version (iOS 26 for on-device features; iOS 27 for Private Cloud Compute, screenshot review, and Siri), and the right language and region, and they follow Apple's own terms. They may not always be available. When they aren't, Secure Space works on your device where it can.

Siri only opens features in Secure Space and doesn't read your personal content aloud, but please use it only when it's private and safe to do so.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Secure Space — including reframe templates, grounding anchors, journal prompts, assessments, UI design, and copy — is owned by Secure Space and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Your journal entries, reflections, and personal data belong entirely to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or licensing restrictions
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the app

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Secure Space is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Secure Space and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress — arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you within the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Secure Space operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
